Using church compensation information from around America, Wisdom Over Wealth offers Pastoral Compensation Studies for churches. Using the financial information as a baseline, Wisdom then evaluates unique local church factors and provides the client churches with a report that features Wisdom Compensation Grids.
The Wisdom Grids provide a table of compensation ranges for each position in the church along with guidance on how to increment the tables in subsequent years. Each Wisdom Grid contains recommendations about Pastoral Housing Allowances, and other factors that the church desires to build into its compensation structure, like education levels and experience. Not dissimilar to corporate compensation tables, the Wisdom Grids provide church leaders with an objective standard for setting pastoral compensation.
